The answer, and what it costs to be wrong
The window has already closed
On this year, perhaps. That is not the same as the money being gone, and it is the reason the calendar is a product here rather than a footnote.
Most leases leave prior years open
Objection windows commonly run 30 to 90 days from receipt, and many leases allow one to three prior years to be examined. The scan tells you which of your years are still open, per site, from the receipt date and the clause. Where a window has closed with no look-back, we say so and put the site on monitoring rather than pretending otherwise.
Next year closes the same way
A window closes silently, on every site, without anyone deciding anything. The reason a portfolio loses years is not that somebody judged the fight not worth having; it is that nobody read the statement in time.
Find out which years you still have
Two documents per site and the scan returns the open years and the deadline for each. It is the fastest answer available to you, and it costs nothing.
