1. Neutral and not legal advice

   Lease Detect reviews statements against leases and prepares correspondence you sign. Escalations go to a lawyer partner you approve.

2. The word "audit" is reserved

   The desk review is a review. The formal audit under your clause is performed by a CPA partner when the route reaches it.

3. Row-level isolation

   Every tenant’s data is isolated by row-level security; partners see only the findings they are authorised on.

4. Provenance on every value

   Any finding can be re-derived from the stored documents and the rule version. Evidence packs are printable.

5. Retention

   Case data and provenance kept 7 years; free-scan documents deleted after 90 days unless you continue.

6. Insurance

   Professional indemnity cover in place. Security controls and the SOC 2 evidence programme are listed on request.
